Website information

Website content is provided for general information. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change. A service relationship begins only through a separate written agreement accepted by both parties.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content in violation of applicable law.

Third-party services

Our services may depend on third-party platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are outside our control.

Plan pricing and fair use

Website and SEO services are optional and scoped separately. Your plan's price and included features are confirmed before you purchase. Every plan includes your business phone line, calls, email, and up to 1,000 text messages per month. We do not pass phone, texting, or email usage charges through to you.

The texting allowance is for normal business conversations with your own leads and customers, such as replies, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and review requests. It is not for bulk marketing blasts, purchased or rented contact lists, or any messaging that breaks carrier rules or consent requirements.

If your texting regularly goes beyond 1,000 messages a month, we will contact you first to talk through options. We will not add charges without your agreement. We may pause messages that appear to violate carrier rules, consent requirements, or applicable law while we work with you to resolve the issue.
